Preparing a Meal for the State Missions Tour

The quarterly Arkansas State Missions meeting will be at Pathway on Tuesday morning, February 7th @ 10am.  The night before we are going to give a tour of two mission points in Bentonville / Rogers finishing with a tour of our new facilities.  The tour will finish at Pathway around 6:00pm and we're going to serve supper to between 45-60 people.  We're going to have a large beef brisket and a spiral cut ham for the main dishes.  There is a spot for another main dish if you want to bring something, but mostly we need a lot of bread, side dishes, and a few desserts.  If you can stay to help serve & eat, that would be great.  If not, just drop your food off by 5:45pm on Monday.
